Illustration Process

Illustrations may include commercially licensed materials as needed for the composition, including but not limited to 3D assets, object resources, brushes, and original materials created by the artist.
Please refrain from commissioning if you are not comfortable with the use of such materials.

Occasional

Draft

For more complex or uncertain requests.
An additional draft review may be required.
This stage is only for confirming whether the composition meets the requirements.

Maximum of 1 revision.

Sketch

Composition & overall check stage.
This stage focuses on confirming the overall composition and visual effect.
Adjustments to composition, atmosphere, and pose are allowed.

Maximum of 2 revisions.
Each additional revision: +NTD 500

Final version

Final check stage.
Only minor detail adjustments are allowed.
This stage is for checking any missing elements.

Major revisions are not allowed.

Maximum of 2 revisions.
Each additional revision: +NTD 1000

Common Revisions at the Final Stage

1. Adjust overall color and lighting.

2. For a large number of repeated objects, detailed drawing may differ from the draft. Sometimes placeholders or stock assets are used for reference (e.g., natural scenery, many bottles, etc.).

3. Add small objects and make detail adjustments.

4. For unfamiliar characters or types outside the artist’s comfort zone, the difference between draft and final artwork may be more noticeable.
